What to expect

01Practical prompts, not vague inspiration

02Numbers before hype

03No income or virality guarantees

The framework / 60 seconds

Less rambling.
More reasons to buy.

Seven beats take your idea from an attention-grabbing opening to a concrete demand test. Use them to write a short video, sharpen an offer, or start a conversation with potential customers.

The question that matters

“Would you pay this price for this result?”

  1. 01

    0–3 sec

    Lead with the hook

Name an overlooked opportunity that makes someone stop scrolling. Treat potential revenue as a hypothesis, not a promise.

  2. 02

    3–8 sec

    Make the problem tangible

Show the frustrating task, wasted time, or unnecessary expense your customer already understands.

  3. 03

    8–15 sec

Explain the idea in one sentence

Say who it helps, what result it delivers, and which pain it removes.

  4. 04

    15–25 sec

Give people a reason to buy

Choose two or three concrete benefits: saving time, saving money, convenience, or helping customers earn more.

  5. 05

    25–35 sec

    Put the money on paper

Set a price, estimate delivery costs, and calculate margin. Customer-count scenarios are illustrations, not forecasts.

  6. 06

    35–45 sec

    Find the sharing mechanism

Look for a visible transformation, a novel angle, or a natural word-of-mouth loop. Attention needs a reason to travel.

  7. 07

    45–60 sec

    Ask for a real signal

Close with a specific price-and-result question. Start with a reachable customer group before planning to scale.

The reusable pitch

A blank page, solved.

Bring your own customer insight. The copy-and-paste structure connects the problem, offer, economics, and growth channel into one coherent story.

Here’s a business idea I’d bet on:

Define the customer and their problem. Explain your solution and the result they pay for.

Estimate the delivery cost and margin per sale. Identify why someone would share it.

Find the first customer. Prove willingness to pay. Then choose a growth channel.
